BRO GREF Vacancy 2026 : The Border Roads Organisation (BRO), functioning under the Ministry of Defence, has announced a fresh recruitment drive for various positions in the General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) through Advertisement No. 01/2026. The official notification was issued on 20 May 2026, while the offline application process will remain open from 21st May to 4th July 2026.
As per the recruitment notice, a total of 899 vacancies are available for different posts including Draughtsman, Hindi Typist, Store Keeper Technical, Operator, and Electrician. Both technical and non-technical roles are included in this recruitment campaign. The opportunity is open exclusively to male Indian candidates who wish to build a career in defence infrastructure and road construction projects under BRO.
12th class with Science stream + two-year certificate in Architecture or Draughtsmanship. Alternatively, candidates possessing a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Draughtsman (Civil) with one year of practical experience are also eligible.
The Age limit for applying these vacancies is between 18-27 years. Age relaxation to reserved category candidates will be provided as per the department rules.

Paste recent passport-size photographs in the required space.

Attach a copy of the fee payment receipt along with the application form.
